We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our successful team. The role involves business to business sales in various industries, sales to individuals, contacting small social groups etc and forming relationships with key community leaders.
As a BDM, you will be responsible for securing new clients and business nationally. The role involves contacting companies, individuals etc to secure company growth.
The ideal Business Development Manager will have proven business development and solution selling capability within the Recruitment industry. Coupled with this needs to be a motivated, effective approach to the selling function involving setting clear goals and robust activity plans to achieve targeted results. Also critical for success in the role are highly developed interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate easily to a diverse range of people. Key selection criteria for this role include:
Must have a proven track record as a high achiever
