We currently have a vacancy for a Membership Co-Ordinator who will be based on our reception desk and will be the first point of contact for all Club enquiries. This person will be a key person in the promotion and administration of all Club Membership matters.
Key duties will include:
Being the first point of call to members and visitors, over the phone and face-to-face, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining the Club’s membership database (CRM) and providing information to management as required;
Assisting with function and event enquiries;
Providing assistance in relation to marketing work being carried out by the Club;
Data entry as required;
General reception and administration duties.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Access to their own transport;
Capacity to work some weekends for membership renewals (particularly in July and August);
Strong Administration skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and database management;
Experience with Adobe Photoshop for the editing of sponsorship proposals;
Experience in a membership based organisation.
Any experience in Golf Clubs will be highly regarded but is not essential.
