Their Customer Service team in the Interaction Hub plays an integral role in achieving this. Your new role
Starting on the 29th of January, you would be joining the customer service team in North Sydney.
In this role, you will:
Provide an outstanding customer experience over the phone using a variety of digital channels.
Support customers with a range of banking related queries including Home Loan and Deposit products.
Add value at every opportunity by empowering customers to understand and have control of their online banking,
Leave customers with a sense of confidence by providing clear information, and above all building advocacy.
Liaise with stakeholders to achieve the best customer outcome and be actively involved in change amongst the business.
This role will be on a rotating roster Mon-Fri 7am-9pm, Sat-Sun 8am-6pm, with shift loadings and a view to go permanent. Shift patterns will be advised at least 4 weeks in advance.
What you’ll need to succeed
A passion for supporting customers.
A strong understanding of financial services through experience in a financial role, industry or education.
A flexible and agile approach to change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
