Cod’s Gift is looking for a creative and ambitious Sous and Senior Sous Chef to help run all aspects of our kitchen at their busy, upmarket restaurant in Dural.
If you are team player who is passionate about food, are a gun in the kitchen and want to work with the best produce and a dynamic, innovative and fun team this could be the job for you.
The successful applicant must be dedicated, truly excited about food, have ambition and have the desire and passion to grow themselves. Experience essential, restaurant background preferred.
Salary based on experience and position. Healthy tip structure.
