We have a Traineeship in Certificate III in Business available a research and membership based organisation, who create events, research and publications, for their members. Located in Potts Point, this is a 12 month Traineeship with the prospect of a great career path for the right person on successful completion.
Duties include administration of events and marketing, assist with the organising of events, coordinating activities related operational support, telephone enquiries, emails, booking catering, update website and social media, maintain database and many other related duties and administration tasks.
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, great organisational skills, able to work in a team and individually.
You must be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn, be well presented with good communication skills, exceptional customer service skills and a professional/confident telephone manner.
Hours are Monday – Friday 38 hour week full time. Ideal for recent school leaver. Some overtime may be required.
No qualifications are required as the relevant training will be provided. Those with qualifications of certificate III or above (including university graduates) need not apply. Trainees will be paid under the National Training Wage.
