We are currently seeking a Dynamics NAV / Navision Business Support Analyst to join our Scientific Games Information Technology team based in our Silverwater Office. This opportunity is a full time permanent position. This role is primarily responsible for supporting end-users for business applications. Additional responsibilities include reporting, data extraction, and proactively seeking opportunities for improvements to business processes.
Navision experience is essential for this role, please do not apply if you do not have Navision experience.
Primary role providing first level user support for Navision 2016 & Dynamics CRM
Provide good customer service through phone and email
Prioritise requests relative to strategic goals
Gather report requirements and analyse needs
Create reports as required to support business needs in both Navision and Microsoft SQL.
Ensure documentation for functional requirements, maintenance, UAT’s, communication and issue resolution
To provide technical / hands on guidance in related areas
Provide training support, both in person and online, on an as-needed basis.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors for software support
Essential Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience of support.
In-depth understanding of ERP processes
Experience in supporting business critical applications
Thorough working knowledge of various software applications including:Microsoft Dynamics Navision – Mandatory
Microsoft SQL server and SSRS reports
Working experience with the following applications would be desirable:Microsoft CRM web application and database architecture
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Tertiary Qualified or 3 years’ experience in a similar role
